In order to cancel your service(s) with us, you must send an email to cancel (at) ibwt.com from the email address you used to sign up with our services. Doing this allows us to process cancelation requests faster and be able to support our other customers more efficiently.
Please also note that since our affiliate program is only available to our customers, that by canceling service you will forego any future commissions. Should you elect to come back as a customer and subsequently re-enter our affiliate program in the future, you will start from scratch and will not retain previous customers.
